Hot market still in the Fraser Valley in July and should continue into August!

The homes are still selling and there are plenty of buyers looking for places to buy or invest in. There were 1937 sales processed in the Fraser Valley in July similar to the number of sales for July last year. Housing Prices Continue to Rise Because Inventory is Low.

Overall prices of homes continue to rise. In some cases, the increase is a slow creep in the detached home market and in other areas of the market we are seeing sharp increases in condos and townhomes in the Fraser Valley.
